Rob McPhee officially joined McPhee Associates in 2000 and oversees all day-to-day operations, including meeting with clients and reviewing proposals. He is board certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in building regulations and standards, a licensed Massachusetts realtor, holds a construction supervisor’s license and is EPA-RRP certified.
Rob is a member, as well as past president and board member, of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and the Harwich-Dennis Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Rob was also recognized by Cape & Plymouth Business Magazine as a 40 Under 40 recipient.
Rob takes great pride in the family-oriented culture he and his father have cultivated at McPhee Associates—built on a foundation of mutual respect and open communication—since the company’s founding in 1972.

Trevor is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Operations Management. He joined his father and brother in the building industry and has overseen dozens of residential and commercial projects in the last 5 years. Trevor’s expertise is water front construction, on-site management, cost control, and scheduling every detail of your next project. Trevor currently holds a position as a Board of Director with the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod.

Trevor married his wife Megan in September 2014. They live in Dennis with their three dogs, Lucy, Guiness and Huck.
